ROAD SERVICE LICENCE (RSL)  LONG TERM VARIATION (Adding to the already existing RSL)

Requirements:

• Authorization letter for variation

• ZRA tax clearance
• Copy of identity, i.e. NRC or certificate of incorporation

• Investment Licence in transport for applicants with less than 75% Zambian Shareholding in  the business

• List of Vehicles

• List of Drivers except for the Restricted Goods Vehicle (RSL)

• Fees payable: 

     Road Service Licence (RSL) is K173.00 

     Identity certificate fee is K265. 00 per vehicle

CROSS BOARDER PERMIT

Requirements:

• Valid Road Service Licence (RSL)

• Copy of identity, i.e. NRC Or certificate of incorporation

• Copies of  motor vehicle registration certificates

• Fee payable is K954.00 per vehicle

MOTOR DEALER’S VEHICLE LICENCE

Requirements:

• Certificate of incorporation

• Physical inspection report of the premises

• Fees payable: motor dealer’s vehicle licence is K1834.00

     Motor dealer’s token is K275.00 per vehicle
